Icarus Transfigured | The Haunted Ruin | Chapters 21 and 22: Aiden and Emma flee her apartment in the middle of the night, with only a jack-o-lantern to light their way. She takes him to a house deep in the woods, where there are no curtains on the dark windows.
Icarus Transfigured | Chapters 19 and 22 Letters: In the first journal entry, which begins Chapter 19 of Icarus Transfigured, Aiden describes an autistic survival strategy as a child, where he learned to parrot conversation from television and adapt to adult life.
In the Chapter 22 entry, he describes his strange empathy with toys, and how his preference toward things over people led to feelings of guilt.
These introduction letters flesh out the storyline of Icarus Transfigured.
Barbarians at the Gate | Bloomington Vlog: This is the first in a three part walking tour of the Indiana University Campus, as seen through an autistic lens. Built with Indiana limestone, many buildings reflect Gothic and Art Deco design, with modern influences added later.
These tours begin mainly to add color to the pages of my Icarus Transfigured Podcast, as presented through my YouTube channel, but being obsessive in such matters, I ended up filming as much the university as I could discover and remember from school days.
